Overview
This article explains how you can manually enrol pupils onto a trip when their parents do not have access to the Juniper Education App.
Trip enrollment is automatically done on a first-come, first-served basis. You can only enrol pupils on a trip until it reaches capacity.
Open a trip
Follow these steps to open a published trip:
- Open Events.
- Select Trips.
- From All Trips, locate the trip.

Select the Trip to open it:
Enrol a pupil
Follow these steps to enrol a pupil on a trip:
- Open the trip if it is not already open.
- Select the Pupils & Contacts tab.
- Locate the pupil in the list of pupils

Select the ellipsis in the Pupil Status column next to the Invited on the row with the pupil's name:

Select Enroll:
The pupil is enrolled on the trip. Their Pupil Status is updated to Enrolled:
Tips and best practices
- Enter the name of a pupil into the search bar to quickly locate them, ready to enrol them on a trip.
- Use filters to reduce the number of pupils displayed, and thus speed up pupil selection.
- To increase the number of pupil place available on a trip, go to the Overview tab, select Edit, increase the Capacity number (as appropriate) and save your changes.
