Overview
This article explains how to open the Behaviour Report in the MIS, from which you can analyse behaviour incidents. Using the report you can gain insight into the pupils involved, location, time of day and associated staff to make more informed decisions regarding behaviour policies, interventions, and resource allocation.
Instructions
Follow these steps to open the Behaviour Report in the MIS:
- Select Reports.
- Select Behaviour Report.
Outcome
The Behaviour Report loads, providing interactive tabular and graphical views of data:
- Select Filters, then configure the various filters within the report as required, to investigate positive and negative behaviours, the different types (severities), the different categories, the location of behaviour interventions, the different incidents by time of day/time period and the behaviour of pupils in different groups.
- Drill down to find out more information about individual behaviour incidents (select an incident Date in the Detailed Behaviour Records section) or the behaviour of individual pupils (select a pupil's name within the Individual Behaviours section).
- You can also export the data from the Detailed Behaviour Records and Individual Behaviours sections. See for further information.
