Websites

Overview

This article explains how to enable or disable the automatic approval of news and newsletters sent from Juniper Websites.

By default, automatic approvals are enabled. You may wish to disable automatic approvals if you prefer to review your content before making it accessible to parents from within the Juniper Education App. When you disable automatic approval, content can be targeted to specific pupil groups (for example, Year 6 only), making communications more relevant to parents.

Prerequisites

  1. Your Juniper Website must be accessible through Juniper's Join Up ecosystem (it is available for selection in your App Switcher) and you must subscribe to the Communicate module.
  2. The feature to publish news and newsletter feeds must be enabled in Juniper Websites. For further information, see Juniper Websites: How do I set up my website news articles to be viewed in the Juniper App? and Juniper Websites: How do I set up my website newsletters to be viewed  in the Juniper App?.
