People First: How do I see an employee's Bradford Factor?

This article explains how to view the Bradford Factor for an individual within People First.

Instructions

Follow these steps to view your Bradford Factor:

  1. From the News page, select Org overview:

  2. Scroll down to the Department insights pane and select More sickness insights:

  3. From the Sickness insights window, scroll to the Average Bradford Factor for the department, and select More Details:

Outcome

The Bradford Factor page loads, listing the Bradford Factor for each member of staff who has been sick in the last 12 months, including details of the number of sickness absences that they have had which have contributed to the Bradford Factor score:
