- To report neonatal absence for addition to your payroll in People First, Submit a request to Juniper Education (raise a Zendesk ticket), providing the following information:
- The employee's name.
- Confirmation that the employee is the baby’s parent or the mother’s partner with caring responsibilities for the baby.
- Date baby was born.
- If adopted, please provide the date they were placed with the adoptive parents or the date they entered into Great Britain if adopted from overseas.
- Start and end date of baby’s neonatal care.
- Start date of neonatal care leave.
- Intended return to work date.
- Record paternity leave by following the steps outlined in the relevant article below, based on whether you know the end date of the absence:
