To report the start of adoption leave so that it's updated on your payroll in People First, Submit a request to Juniper Education (raise a Zendesk ticket), providing the following information:
- The employee's name.
- Adoption notification form* confirming:
- Start date.
- Expected end date.
- Matching date.
- Placement date.
- Adoption type.
- Intention to return to work.
- How the 50% occupational adoption pay is to be paid.
* This is a form provided by your school, not Juniper Education.
- Record paternity leave by following the steps outlined in the relevant article below, based on whether you know the end date of the absence:
