Overview
If when viewing a staff record in the Juniper Portal and the email address is not their work one, this article will explain why and help you resolve this.
Information
The information we receive from Wonde has four categories of email; Primary, Work, Email and Home.
In Juniper MIS we store two: Work and Home.
The Work email is populated from the address held in these fields, in this order:
- Primary.
- Work.
- Email.
- Home.
Therefore, if the staff member's Home email address is in your MIS as the Primary / Priority 1, this will show as their Work email address.
For their school email address to show in the Juniper Portal, this will need to regarded by Wonde as the Primary address so please ensure this shows as a priority in your MIS.
