Overview
This article explains how to delete / deactivate a badge in Comms Hub.
Where a badge has not been awarded to a pupil, it can be deleted. Where a badge has been awarded to one or more pupils, it must be deactivated. After a badge is deleted, there is no trace of it in the system. Where a badge is deactivated, it is not available for selection, however, a record of where it has been awarded to pupils is still available when viewing a pupil's Badges History, or within the Juniper Education App.
Deactivated badges cannot be reinstated.
