To report paternity leave so that it's updated on your payroll in People First, Submit a request to Juniper Education (raise a Zendesk ticket), providing the following information:
- The employee's name.
- Paternity leave notification form* confirming:
- Start date.
- End date.
- MATB1 form (signed and dated by the midwife).
- Confirmation of child’s birth date.
* This is a form provided by your school, not Juniper Education.
- Record paternity leave by following the steps outlined in the relevant article below, based on whether you know the end date of the absence:
