Comms Hub: How do I cancel a scheduled message?

Overview

This article explains how to delete scheduled app messages, emails and text messages (SMS) before they are sent to your contacts. 

You can only cancel messages created in the current academic year. 

Instructions

From within Comms Hub:

  1. Select Communications.
  2. Select Scheduled to open Scheduled Messages:

  3. Select the message you want to cancel:
  4. When the message opens, select Cancel Send:

  5. The message opens in the Compose New Message view. Select Cancel:

Outcome

The message is deleted (without any confirmation). You are returned to the Comms Hub Home.
