Overview
This article explains how to delete scheduled app messages, emails and text messages (SMS) before they are sent to your contacts.
Instructions
From within Comms Hub:
- Select Communications.

Select Scheduled to open Scheduled Messages:
- Select the message you want to cancel:
- When the message opens, select Cancel Send:
- The message opens in the Compose New Message view. Select Cancel:
Outcome
The message is deleted (without any confirmation). You are returned to the Comms Hub Home.
