MIS: How do I enter / edit end of KS1 Test Scores?

Overview

This article explains how to enter or edit / change / update your KS1 Test Scores for pupils using the Statutory Assessments page in Juniper MIS. These tests used to be statutory but are now optional. Many schools still choose to enter their pupils for the tests, using the outcomes to inform the teaching of pupils moving forward. The tests comprise a Spelling Test, a Grammar, Punctuation and Vocabulary Test, two Reading Tests (1 and 2), a Mathematics Arithmetic Test and a Mathematics Reasoning Test

Prerequisites

  • To enter or edit KS1 Test Scores, pupils must currently be in Year 2. These cannot be entered or edited for pupils in any other year group.

Instructions

Follow these steps to enter your optional KS1 Test Scores:

  1. Select Pupils.
  2. Select Statutory Assessment to open the Statutory Assessment page:
  3. Select Year 2 using the Year Group filter.
  4. Select KS1 Tests from the Stage filter.
  5. Select Edit.
