Overview

This article explains how to view statutory assessment data for your pupils using the Statutory Assessments page in Juniper MIS. Statutory Assessment data that can be viewed using the Statutory Assessments page includes EYFS, Phonics, Multiplication Tables Check (MTC), KS2 Teacher Assessments and KS2 Test Scores. From the Statutory Assessments page, you can also view the optional KS1 Teacher Assessments and KS1 Test Scores that were once statutory, but some schools still choose to use.

Instructions

Follow these steps to view Statutory Assessment data:

1. Select Pupils.
2. Select Statutory Assessment to open the Statutory Assessment page:
   
3. Select the Year Group whose statutory data you want to view.
4. Select the specific assessment from the Stage filter.

Outcome

1. The statutory assessment records for the year group and assessment type you selected are displayed.
2. To show more pupils on a page, select Showing 10 at the bottom of the page. To navigate through different pages, select a page number:
   
3. Where pupils are still in the year group of the assessment that you have selected, select Edit to update / change the results.
4. Select Export and select a file type (from Excel, CSV or PDF) to export the data displayed on your screen as required:
