MIS: How do I enter / edit end of KS2 Test Scores?

Overview

This article explains how to enter or edit / change / update your KS2 Test Scores for pupils in Year 6, using the Statutory Assessments page in Juniper MIS. The KS2 Tests comprise a Grammar, Punctuation and Vocabulary test, a Spelling test, three Mathematics tests (Paper 1 Mathematics Arithmetic, Paper 2 Mathematics Reasoning, and Paper 3 Mathematics Reasoning), and a Reading test.

Prerequisites

  • To enter or edit KS2 Test Scores, pupils must currently be in Year 6. These cannot be entered or edited for pupils in any other year group.

Instructions

Follow these steps to enter your KS2 Test Scores:

  1. Select Pupils.
  2. Select Statutory Assessment to open the Statutory Assessment page:
  3. Select from using the Year Group filter.
  4. Select KS2 Tests from the Stage filter.
  5. Select Edit.
  6. Work down the list and record / update your pupil assessment data. For each pupil, select an assessment value from the result drop-down or enter a valid assessment value (these are not currently validated):

    • Mathematics Reasoning Paper 2 (Paper 3 Mathematics Reasoning) - enter a value between 0 and 35.

To save time, use bulk fill. Choose / enter a value in Fill With to apply it to all pupils listed in the Year Group (regardless of whether they are displayed or not on the page that you are viewing), then work through, adjusting any exceptions:
