If a parent is expecting an email invitation from you to set up an account for use in the Parent App, but it has not yet arrived, the parent should:
- Check their spam / junk folder - sometimes the email invitation ends up there, rather than your Inbox.
- Contact you and check that you have the correct contact details recorded for them in their MIS. If they are not correct, they should ask you to update their details and resend the invitation.
Changes to contact details will be processed overnight, so the email will not be sent until the next day.
