Overview
This article explains how to view the total number of points awarded to pupils in a class through Comms Hub.
You can view points awarded in the current academic year for all your classes. If you are looking at previous academic years, you will only be able to see points awarded for the classes that you taught in that academic year.
Instructions
Follow these steps to view the total number of points awarded to a class from Comms Hub:
- Awards and Activities.
- Select Classes.
- If you do not have Full Edit permissions or above, you must select the Class whose details you want to view.
Outcome
If you are a user with Full Edit permissions or above, the All Classes view loads. From here, you can see how many points have been recorded for a class:
- Filter by Category and Type of Class, Academic Year, or search for a specific Class.
- Select a Class to see the points awarded to each pupil within the Class.
Partial Edit users are able to see the reward points for each class in the top left corner of the Class page:
