This article explains the different support tiers available to our customers, what they include and how you can contact us to get help and support.
Support Tiers
We provide three support tiers for our customers. On-Demand support is provided at no additional cost to you. The Priority and Complete support tiers are available for an additional fee. If you would like to upgrade your support package, email adoption@junipereducation.org
