Support Tiers

We provide three support tiers for our customers. On-Demand support is provided at no additional cost to you. The Priority and Complete support tiers are available for an additional fee. If you would like to upgrade your support package, email adoption@junipereducation.org

On-Demand Priority Complete

Free basic support package. Includes: 

  1. Email/ticket support.
  2. AI chatbot*.
  3. Knowledge base, FAQs, and help guides.
  4. Self-led software training modules (on-demand, interactive courses).
  5. Access to recorded webinars for flexible learning.

Includes everything in On-Demand, plus:

  1. Priority email/ticket support.
  2. Phone support (terms apply).
  3. AI chatbot with Speak to an agent option.
  4. Live messaging.
  5. Live software training webinars (1:Many).
  6. Scheduled sessions covering features, workflows, and best practices.
  7. Q&A during live sessions to interact with experts.
  8. 20% off additional live training 1:1 and CPD courses.

Includes everything in Priority, plus:

  1. Access to a CPD-certified training bundle of choice (worth £500).
  2. Regular policy and education updates.

* AI chatbot support is available for On-Demand customers, while the Speak to an agent option is reserved for those in the Priority and Complete tiers.
