Juniper School Support: I only contact support occasionally, do I need Priority?

Whilst you may only contact support occasionally, it’s important to align with other colleges in school as they may benefit from support more frequently.

However, if you feel you only require minimal support, On-demand (free) still provides essential self-service options, including help guides and email/ticket support.

If you need to reach us via telephone, need faster responses, or 1:many live training webinars, Priority or Complete would be more suitable for your school.
