Juniper School Support: What's included in the Priority package?

The Priority package provides our recommended support level. It includes everything in On-Demand, plus:

  1. Priority email/ticket support.
  2. Phone support (terms apply).
  3. Live messaging.
  4. Live software training webinars (1:Many).
  5. Scheduled sessions covering features, workflows, and best practices.
  6. Q&A during live sessions to interact with experts.
  7. 20% off additional live training 1:1 and CPD courses.

£299 per year, per school.
