A target-based EAP uses a flat line approach designed to reflect how a student is expected to remain on the same grade throughout their flight path. It allows you to quickly measure if a student is on, above, or below their target in reports.
In the example below, a student targeted with a grade 8 at the end of KS4 has the same grade 8 recorded each term using a target-based EAP.
