This article explains what you should do if you do not receive a password reset email after requesting one in Sisra Analytics.
If it has been more than a few minutes since you requested a password reset, and it hasn't arrived in your registered email inbox:
Open the Sisra Analytics login page (https://www.sisraanalytics.co.uk/) through your web browser, and select Forgotten your login details?.
If the password reset email still doesn't arrive, check:
- You have entered your email address correctly.
- The email address you have entered is registered for Sisra Analytics. You may, for example, be entering your private or old email address. Your school's Sisra Administrator should be able to check this.
- The email is not in your spam or junk folder, or has been blocked by the spam filters.
If you are still unable to reset your password speak to your school's Sisra Administrator who can check:
- @sisra.com is on your accepted lists at school.
- The cookies in your browser are enabled.
- Clearing your browser cache.
