Prerequisites
- You must be an administrator.
- Your site must include custom popup functionality. The exact settings and layout may differ from those shown here but will be similar.
If your website supports popups but you can't find the custom settings, you might be looking for details on the Enhanced popup or Emergency popup.
Instructions
To edit a custom popup:
- Open Custom Data from the Website tab:
- Select Popup.
- Select the pencil icon next to the pop-up you want to edit:
- Edit the details of the popup message as needed.
- Select Update.
Outcome
The popup will be updated, and the changes to your popup will be visible to customers when they open your homepage.
