Overview
This article explains how to create a blog page using a Blog Category. You can have multiple blog pages across your website. This is useful, for example, if you want to have a Headteacher Blog and blogs for specific year groups/activities.
Prerequisites
By default, you must be an administrator to create a Blog Category.
Instructions
- Navigate to the area of your website where you would like to create a Blog Category.
- Select Blog Category from the Create tab:
The Blog Category dialog window will appear: - Enter a name for your Blog Category in Category Name, for example, Headteacher's Blog.
- Enter a description for your category in Category Description, for example, Read the headteacher's blog here.
- Select Create to create and save your Blog Category.
Outcome
Your Blog Category is created, displayed, and ready for your first post.
