Juniper Websites: How do I set content review reminders?

Overview

This article explains how to add a reminder to a page, news article, or album on your website. Review reminders prompt you and / or others to make periodic reviews and content updates on your site.

This article only covers Content Review Reminders. For information about the Document Review feature that lets you set reminders for documents in your File Manager and Page Attachments

Prerequisites

Reminders must be enabled on your Juniper Website. To enable this feature please contact the Support team.

Instructions

  1. Select the Edit tab and select Reminder.
  2. Select the calendar icon to select a date for your email reminder. Alternatively, you can type a date into this field using the DD/MM/YYYY format.
  3. Select a Reviewer from the list of site administrators and publishers.
  4. If you prefer to send the email reminder to another user or multiple users, enter their email address in the Additional Email Addresses field. If you add multiple email addresses, separate each address with a comma.

Outcome

Your Content Review Reminder has been set.

After the reminder has been set up, if the review date is not updated, reviewers will receive an email notification 90 days, 60 days, 30 days, and 7 days before the review date, as well as on the date of the review.  Once the review date is inside the 90-day review window, the reviewer will also see an item to review within their My Tasks area of the Content Management System.
