Sonar Tracker: How do I see attainment/progress for the lowest attendees?

Overview

This article explains how you can see the attainment or progress for your pupils with the lowest attendance using Filters within the report you are viewing.

Instructions

From within the report that you are viewing:

  1. Select Filters / Active Filters to open the Pupil Filters pane:
  2. Locate the Attendance (0% -100%) filter and lower the upper range. By default, the upper value is set to 100%:
    • The value changes in increments of 5.
    • To show pupils whose attendance is between 0% and 90%, change the upper value to 90% - the selected range is reflected in the Attendance control label.
  3. Select Apply Filters.

Outcome

Your report will be filtered to show only pupils within the attendance range that you have selected. This will enable you to view those with the least attendance.
