Overview
This article explains how to use the EYFS (2020) Target Analysis or Primary Target Analysis report to identify those pupils who are not on track to meet their targets for Word Reading, Writing and Number in EYFS or Reading, Writing and Mathematics in Primary.
Before you can determine which pupils are not on track to meet their targets, you must have entered their targets. Targets are not automatically generated for you. Targets can not be copied from one term to the next so we recommend entering them for Summer 2 so you can refer to them throughout the year in the Target Analysis Report. See Sonar Tracker: How do I set EYFS (2020) targets? and Sonar Tracker: How do I set primary targets? for more information.
Instructions
- Select Reports.
- Select the appropriate Target Analysis report for your needs, either EYFS (2020) Target Analysis or Primary Target Analysis.
- When prompted, select the pupils you wish to include in the report by selecting one or more Year Groups and/or Classes:
