Overview
This article provides an overview of the Test Performance Progress report's purpose, guidance on how to access it, the various types of information it contains, and the different controls that help you customise what you see in the report.
Purpose
The Test Performance Progress report lets you see test results based on Age Related Expectations for a variety of Subjects across multiple Assessment Periods. Using the information provided you can identify trends across the group, and put in place interventions to support pupils as needed based on their progress. By default, you can interrogate the test results to see which specific pupils are On Track Or Higher or have No Assessment data. Additionally, you can choose to view those pupils who are Not On Track. By default, test results are displayed for Reading, Writing and Mathematics for the last Assessment Period of the previous academic year, and the current Assessment Period. The main body of the report comprises the number and percentage of pupils who are On Track or Higher in each of the two Assessment Periods along with any changes in results between the two. These changes are highlighted, performance improvements with a green background and regression with a red background. The report also includes the percentage and number of pupils with No Assessment data. After the report has loaded, you can change the Assessment Periods selected and add additional Assessment Periods. The Subjects can also be changed or added to.
In this report, pupil counts and percentages are based on the total number of pupils selected, regardless of whether assessment data is available for them or not.
