Overview

This article explains you set up your Level 2 Further Maths (GCSE) qualification. The qualification has never been approved to count in performance tables (it is not on the DfE's Approved Qualifications list), therefore, when you attempt to match it in Sisra Analytics by entering its QN, no qualification appears:

To set up the qualification, you must use an Unapproved qualification to link it and set it to unapproved.

Prerequisites

• You must be an administrator.

Instructions

To set up Level 2 Further Maths GCSE in KS4:

1. Select DATA
2. Select Key Stage.
3. Select Cohort.
4. Select Grades.
5. Select Matching.
6. Select Edit.
7. Locate Further Maths in your matching table.
8. In the QN Title for Further Maths, search for Unapproved Maths:
   
9. Select Unapproved Maths Qualification from the options presented (although any of these can be selected):
   
10. Select Save.

Outcome

Your Further Maths qualification is linked correctly to a qualification, and is showing correctly as Unapproved:

Update your Reports by republishing your Grades datasets in Grades > Publish Grades.
