Overview
This article explains how to rename a qualification in Sisra Analytics. You may wish to do this if the qualification name is spelled incorrectly, or if it doesn't follow the same nomenclature as previous years and you want to analyse this qualification in the Trends report. The process is the same for KS3/4 and KS5.
Prerequisites
You must be an administrator.
Instructions
To rename a qualification:
- Select DATA.
- Select Key Stage.
- Select Cohort.
- Select Grades.
- Select Matching.
- Select Edit:
- Locate the qualification you want to rename.
- Enter the new qualification name in the Qualification Name you want to rename:
- Select Save Changes.
Outcome
The qualification name is updated with your changes. Republish all Grades datasets to apply the new qualification name to your reports.
