Sisra Analytics: Why can't I save my KS3/4 Matching page? (Admin)

Overview

This article explains what to do if you can't save your KS3/4 Matching page (for example, Save Changes is greyed out) but your EAP column is correctly populated.

If you have completed all the selections correctly, your computer or network configuration may be causing the problem. Ad blockers or content filters, for example, the Chrome plug-in uBlock Origin can stop the page from saving. 

Prerequisites

You must be an administrator.

Instructions

Follow these steps to temporarily work around the problem:

  1. Log out of Sisra Analytics.
  2. Close your browser window.
  3. Open your browser in Incognito / Private mode. How you do this varies depending on your browser, for example, in Chrome:

    1. Select the three dots in the top right corner.
    2. Select New Incognito window.
  4. Open the Sisra Analytics (https://www.sisraanalytics.co.uk/).
  5. Login.
  6. Open the KS3/4 Matching page.
  7. Make and save your changes.

Outcome

The steps outlined above will temporarily solve the problem, enabling you to save your KS3/4 Matching page.

Contact your local IT support team for a permanent fix to the problem. They can investigate further, check if you have an ad blocker or similar causing the problem, and amend or disable the settings to fix this issue.
