Overview
This article explains what to do if a QN/EAP Mismatch warning icon is displayed on the Grades Management page. This occurs when a qualification is matched to an EAP using an incorrect grade structure. This could be because of the selection of:
- An incorrect QN/Qual Title.
- An incorrect EAP.
- The selection of the wrong grade method in your EAP.
See Sisra Analytics: Grades Management (Admin) for information about other warning icons.
