If a school within your trust is not displaying when viewing a term's grade type within the Data Collection Management area, we would recommend checking if the school has selected the relevant term and ‘Grade Type’ in the Uploads area of the Data Set in Sisra Analytics.

This can be checked within Analytics via DATA > select Key Stage and Cohort > GRADES > Uploads > select the Data Set or Assessment Collection. Check the ‘Select Grade Type that this data set relates to:’ dropdown has the correct type selected, and that the correct 'EAP Term' is also set: 

Once this is amended, or if the correct options are already selected, you should republish the report via GRADES > Publish Grades by clicking 'Publish' for that Data Set.

If after trying the above the school is still not being included, please get in touch by using the 'Submit a request' option at the top right of this page.
