Microsoft no longer supports their legacy Exchange service. If you previously used this to synchronise events to your website calendar, you must switch to Microsoft Office 365 to authenticate your calendar with your website.  

Disassociate Exchange

To switch to using Office 365 from Exchange, you will first need to disassociate the Exchange account:

1. Select Calendar Sync in the Website tab.
2. Select Update settings (as shown on the right):
   
   
   
   The Calendar Sync Settings window opens: 
   
   
3. Select Exchange 2007+ to open the Exchange Calendar Settings.
4. Scroll down the page and select Remove Exchange Link.

Associate the Office 365 Calendar

To associate your Office 365 calendar, follow the steps outlined in the Juniper Websites: Setting up Calendar Sync article.
