- For pupils born between 2021-01-01 and 2021-12-31 (inclusive): where <FundedHours> are greater than zero <FundingBasis> must be present and a valid value
- 2-year-old basis for funding is missing or an invalid value for a two year old with funded hours
Explanation
The error 5235 is triggering as a result of X funded hours having been entered in the Early Years panel and therefore they must have a reason for being funded. If they are not eligible for funding then the funded hours must be returned as ‘0
How to add/amend funded hours
Navigate to the Pupils Profile page and click on EDIT. Funded hours sit within the section 'School Essentials' as per the below screenshot.
How to add/update funding basis criteria
To add Funding Basis information click on the + symbol within the following option
You will be presented with this pop up box
In the Census dropdown field select the current Census and in the Funding Code dropdown, select the relevant reason for funding. Once finished press SAVE.
Remember to press the GREEN SAVE button at the bottom of the pupil profile page before exiting.
