Pupil Asset Using Access Control to grant additional system access

Following GDPR guidelines, schools have total control over system access, ensuring data privacy.

Note: Schools must consistently review and modify staff access as needed.

Access Admin Role

To ensure comprehensive control, the Access Admin UAL is introduced.

Access Admin users can tighten restrictions or allow permissions for individual users. Go to Admin > Access control to make adjustments.

By default, each User Access Level has predefined permissions and restrictions. An Access Admin user can customize these for individuals.

Due the the unrestricted nature of this UAL, Pupil Asset recommends that Access Admin should be limited to as few members of staff as possible.
