Default filter settings can be managed for an individual user and can be accessed via your 'My Settings' area.
To access this area, click on your name on the top menu and select 'My Settings' from the drop down and then select 'System':
Your current filter defaults will display and selections of 'Classes I teach', 'Whole School' or individual year groups can be chosen. To save the selected defaults, select 'Save':
'Classes I Teach' will automatically apply the Class Filter with any class your user is associated with will be selected.
Please note that certain areas in the system will not allow 'whole school' to be activated and if this option is chosen, when accessing one of these areas, the filter will default to the highest year group in the school.
