Entering AP details
New AP details can be entered via the 'Alternative Provision Placement' in the Edit tab in the Pupil Profile:
Click 'Add Placement' and select the appropriate option in the 'Alternative Provision Establishment' drop down. Once this has been selected, the fields on the left of the form will change, depending on the selected option (for example, postcode and type of setting is not required when selecting URN)
Complete all relevant fields and save.
Viewing existing AP data
Alternative Provision Placement information is summarised in section 15 of the Census Summary page and area also listed at pupil level in the Super Summary:
