Overview
This article explains how to track performance over time using Sisra Analytics' Tracker functionality in KS3/4 reports. The Tracker displays key figures from up to six reports side by side, enabling you to monitor student performance across assessments. Colour coding and arrows indicate whether students have performed better or worse since the previous assessment or data set.
Instructions
Follow these steps to open the Tracker that allows you to track performance over time:
- Select REPORTS.
- Select KS3/4.
- Select the Cohort (either a Current cohort or Leavers cohort).
- Select Tracker to expand it:
- Select whether you would like to view the Whole Cohort, Qualifications, or Students tracker:
If you would prefer to view the tracker from a report that you already have open, select Track to switch to view the tracker reports, then select what you want to track:
Outcome
The Tracker report is displayed:
In this example, average points are tracked over time. Colour coding highlights where figures have increased or decreased.
You can also change the area, report, or level to access different types of tracker reports, using the blue navigation bar.
