Sisra Analytics: How do I generate a Tracker? (Admin)

Overview

This article explains how to generate a Tracker report for a Key Stage 3/4 cohort.

Follow these steps to generate a Tracker report:

Select DATA.
Select KS3/4.
Select Cohort.
Select Grades.
Select Publish Grades.
Select the Generate Tracker tab:
From Publish Grades - Generate Tracker:
1. Optionally select a Tracker Status.
2. Optionally, enter a Tracker Note.
Scroll down to the Data Sets Available for Inclusion area:

Select up to 6 assessment collections or standalone data sets from the published reports. This will fill each of the tracker slots, with Slot 1 being the earliest and slot 6 being the latest:
1. To select a report, select the number 1-6 in the Tracker Slots column to determine which slot this will fill.
2. To remove the report from a slot, select the number again.
Select Generate.
After the report has generated, select Close.
