Juniper Education App
Overview
If your child goes to the school where you work, you can use the Juniper Education App in two ways. As a teacher, you use it to work with your classes. As a parent, you use it to keep up to date with your child.
You have a separate account for each of these roles, and each account uses a different email address:
| Account | Sign in with | What you see |
| Teacher | Your work email address | Your teacher features. What you can do depends on the permissions your school gives you. |
| Parent | Your personal email address | Information about your child, for example, messages, observations, awards, and attendance. Some features only appear if your school uses them. |
You can only be signed in to one account at a time. To switch between them, sign out of one account, then sign in to the other.

Tips and best practices
- Check you're signed in with your work email address. Your teacher features only appear in your teacher account.
- Each account has its own password. If you forget one, select Forgot your password? and enter the email address for the appropriate account.
- If your parent invitation went to your work email address, ask the school office to use your personal one. They can then send you a new invitation. Changes are usually processed overnight.
- Parent invitations expire after 14 days. If yours has expired, ask your school office to send you a new one.
- If you have children at more than one school, see Parents: How does the app work when a parent has pupils in the same or different schools?
