Parent App: How does a parent change / reset their password?

Overview

This article explains how a parent can change / reset their password through the Parent App if they have forgotten it.

Prerequisites

  • The parent must know their Parent App registered email address (the one that your pupil's school has recorded for you).
  • The parent must have access to your registered email address.

Instructions

Follow these steps to reset your password:

  1. Open the Juniper Education app on your device.
  2. Select Forgot your password?:
  3. Enter the Email address for your account.
  4. Select Submit.

Outcome

The password reset request will be processed. Follow the guidance in the email to reset your password.

Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. Additionally, the password must include at least one lowercase letter (a-z), one uppercase letter (A-Z), one number (0-9), and one special character.
