Connecting or disconnecting a product with Intelligence

Overview

Intelligence reads data from Sonar Tracker or Sisra Analytics. From your Settings page, you can see which of these products is currently connected, and switch a connection on or off. Additionally, if you want to completely deactivate Intelligence, you can do this from the Settings page. 

Prerequisites

  • You must be an Account Owner or Account Admin.
  • You must have activated Intelligence (see Activating Intelligence).

Open Intelligence

Follow these steps to open Intelligence:

  1. Log into Portal (see Portal: How do I log into Portal? for further information).

  2. Either select Intelligence from Your Juniper Products or select Visit Intelligence from the Intelligence widget shown on your Portal home page:

Turn a connected product on or off

Follow these steps to change which product sends data to Intelligence:

  1. In Intelligence, select Settings.

  2. From Settings:

    1. Find the product you want to change under connected products.
    2. Select the toggle to switch the connection on or off.

Most schools only need one connected product at a time. If you switch on a second product, Intelligence combines data from both.

Deactivate Intelligence

Deactivating turns off Intelligence completely for every product and every user at your school..

Follow these steps to deactivate Intelligence: 

  1. In Intelligence, select Settings.

  2. From Settings, select Deactivate:

Deactivating Intelligence does not change or delete your school data.
