People First HR
Overview
This article explains how to manage the documents available to onboarders in People First. You can add documents for onboarders to download (for example, policy documents) or upload (for example, a certificate of education). Documents are held in the Configuration area and can then be added to individual journeys. You can also upload documents directly to an onboarder's record.
Prerequisites
- HR Administrator access is required to manage the document library and upload documents to onboarder records.
- Campaign Administrator access is required to add document requests.

Tips and best practices
You can add up to 20 downloadable documents and 20 uploadable document requests to each journey. If the same document is used across multiple journeys, updating it in the library automatically reflects the change wherever it is used. Use clear, consistent document names so onboarders can identify what they need to provide or read.
Next steps
After adding documents to the library, assign them to the relevant journey by selecting the pencil icon in the Documentation section of the journey. See People First: How do I manage onboarding journeys in People First? for full journey setup guidance.
