The best approach when setting up Fixed Term Contracts (FTC) in People First is to create Jobs without an end date, and with (FTC) as a suffix in their title, for example, LSA (FTC).
Do not put an end date against the Job, because you must create a new Job if the FTC is extended or renewed, and the end date will still be held against the employee in the fixed-term Job.
