People First: How do I view the progress of employees going through probation in my organisation?

This article is for People First HR users only.

This article shows you how to view the progress of any employees within your organisation as they go through probation using the Insights functionality in People First.

Instructions

Follow these steps to view probation-related Insights: 

  1. Select the menu button:

  2. From Menu, select HRM:

  3. Scroll down the HRM Dashboard tab to the Probations card.

Outcome

The Probations card graphically shows all employees currently within probation, and those that are overdue:

This data is calculated on the total number of incomplete probationary periods as of today.

Select More details to view the data behind the chart, in a tabular view:

From the tabular view:

  1. Select an employee to manage their probation outcome as required. 
  2. Download the data into a .csv file by selecting the export button.
