Overview
This article explains how to view a pupil's behaviour record from their pupil record. The behaviour record provides a list of all individual behaviour-related incidents involving the pupil, listed in table, sorted in chronological order.
Instructions
Follow these steps to view a pupil's behaviour record from Juniper MIS:
Open the pupil record
- Select Pupils.
- Select All Pupils.
- From All Pupils, locate the pupil from the list (use filters / search as appropriate):
- Select the Pupil's Full Name to open their Pupil details:
Open the Behaviour record
From the pupil's record:
- Select More.
- Select Behaviour.
Outcome
The pupil's Behaviour record is displayed. Each behaviour-related incident is listed:
For each incident, a description, category, associated behaviour type, points, number of pupils involved (including the selected pupil) and status are displayed in a tabular format.
Select the incident to view / update it:
