Teacher App: How do I change / reset my password?

Overview

This article explains how to change / reset your password in the Teacher App, if you have forgotten it.

If you reset your password in the Teacher App it will be reset in all Juniper Education apps that use the same log on details.

Prerequisites

  • You must know your Teacher App registered email address (your school email address).
  • You must have access to your school email.

Instructions

Follow these steps to reset your password:

  1. Open the Juniper Education app on your device.
  2. Select Forgot your password?:
  3. Enter the Email address for your account.
  4. Select Submit.

Outcome

The password reset request will be processed. Follow the guidance in the email to reset your password.

Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. Additionally, the password must include at least one lowercase letter (a-z), one uppercase letter (A-Z), one number (0-9), and one special character.
