Overview

This article explains how to view what school meals different pupils have ordered in previous weeks, using the Meals Log.

Instructions

From the MIS:

1. Select Manage.
2. Select School Meals.
3. Select Meals, to open this week's Meal Log:
   
4. Navigate to a previous week using the date picker, or the < and > arrows:
   

Outcome

The Meal Log for the selected week in the past opens:

1. To search for a specific pupil, enter their name in the Search bar:
    
2. To narrow the names displayed to a specific class or year, select Filter, then select a Class or Year Group:
    

3. To view the meanings of the various codes listed next to pupils, select Meal Key:
