Comms Hub: How do I enable a user to send App Messages?

Overview

The following article explains how to add permissions to a teacher's user ID to enable them to send App Messages through Comms Hub.

Prerequisites

You must have one of the following user roles / permissions to set the permissions that let other users send app messages.: Account owner, Account Admin or Full Edit.

Instructions

In Comms Hub:

Select Settings.
Select Communications.
Select Access to open the Access to Send Messages window:
Select App Messages to open the Teachers window:
Check the teacher(s) who you want to allow to send App Messages through Comms Hub. To choose all teachers, check the Select All next to Name Selected:
Select Save.
