Overview
This article explains how to reset your password for Sonar Tracker and can be used;
- If your set up email has expired
- If you have forgotten or wish to change your password.
This process can be followed by the user who needs to log in or by another staff member entering the user's email address. The user will receive an email with further guidance.
Instructions
Follow these steps to reset your password:
- Open sonar.junipereducation.org in your browser.
- When prompted, enter your school Email address:
- Select Continue.
- When prompted, depending on what you see, select either Forgot Password or select Forgot your password?
- When prompted, enter the Email address you use to log onto Sonar Tracker:
- Select Continue or Submit (based on what you see).
- A password reset confirmation page is displayed. Close the window, or select Return to login (depending on what you see).

Open your email and follow the instructions in the email you have received to reset your password. If you cannot see an email, check your spam, or ensure that you have entered the correct email address.
Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. Additionally, your password must include at least one lowercase letter (a-z), one uppercase letter (A-Z), one number (0-9), and one special character.
Outcome
After following the steps in the email, use your new password and your work email address to log in (For further information, see Sonar Tracker: How do I log in to Sonar Tracker?)
If you see an error message please type this address into the address bar sonar.junipereducation.org, press Enter and continue.
