Overview
This article explains why the Qualifications or Headline Trends Report is not appearing, or a specific year's data is not being included.
If you can't see the option to View Qualification / Headline Trends Report on the REPORTS homepage under KS5, you need to republish the Exams dataset for each cohort you would like to include.
Prerequisites
You must be an administrator.
Instructions
Follow these instructions to fix the problem:
- Select DATA.
- Select Key Stage 5.
- Select cohort.
- Select Grades.
- Select Publish Grades.
- Select Publish next to the data set you want to publish.
- From the publish window, enable Headlines to be included in the Trends report, ensuring only students counting towards school performance are included:
- Select Publish.
- Select Go to report after the data has been published.
